  • incorrect size selection

  • buyer’s remorse

  • change of preference

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • misprinted

  • or incorrect

  • photos of the issue

  • brief description

We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellation Requests

Orders begin processing quickly after purchase and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation once production has started.
